I'm having the same error message issue after deleting wp and reinstalling. Interestingly, I get the error message in Chrome and Explorer but after reading the thread on this discussion I tried Firefox and my site opens in Firefox.
Update:
I no longer have this issue.
I deleted the domain the came back 3 days later and made the domain again and the issue was gone.
I still wish to thank everyone for trying to help.
Don't put a tick in the "remember me" box. For some unknown reason that seems to mess things up.

The problem may be because your website is a SiteRubix subdomain which doesn't have an SSL certificate.
Clear your browser cache and flush the DNS on your computer. You may have to ask Google how to do that as it varies with different operating systems.
I've done everything support suggested.
Plus I even used a registry cleaner.
Support is still telling me its a Cache issue. I can't see how that's true after clearing the cache in both browsers.
Yes I've rebooted too.
Have you tried using a different computer? Send me your login username and password by PRIVATE MESSAGE and I'll see if I can log in. You can change your password immediately afterwards.
