I am considering to use greengeeks for my travel blog. In the past few month, I've experienced Siterubix is not fast and stable enough, so I started looking for another choices

Vitaliy is correct. You are not going to get getter free hosting than a .com hosted here, certainly not Bluehost.

You mentioned site rubix, but is this a .siterubix.com domain or did you buy a domain at WA Sarika? Because siterubix sites aren't as fast as domains as you buy in WA and host in WA, with extreme hosting and SSL. In fact, they are better and cheaper than most competitors. ANd this is free in WA.

I bought the domain in WA actually, but the website often has errors and it doesn't respond.

I've checked the installed plugins and deleted all those which seem to be causing trouble. Now I have 10 plugins, and using about 10 pics directly from my website. Are they too many?

No but those 10 plugins may cause an issue. If you use graphics and things which typically take long to load, it may cause the slowdown.

What are your site speeds on Google insights for desktop and mobile? They should be 80 and above.

It is usually over 70 for the mobile, and over 80 for the desktop after I reduced the size of the pics, but before that, the scores were about 60 and 70 respectively. Basically, I had no choice but to make it hastily and inaccurately.

My main concern is that I will need to use quite a lot of pictures for my new website since it will be a travel blog, so I won't be able to reduce that many pics, but quite the opposite instead.

In this case, could you please tell me how I can make it faster?

Hmm, I am having a similar issue with a nature site I'm building up. Let's do this, PM me your website URL and I'll take a look.

I just sent the PM.
Thank you for the help!

Why wouldn't you use a paid domain at WA?

Yes, I did, but I am talking about the "web hosting" not domain.

We use Siterubix to host our website here, which is good enough for some people I guess. However, it is not stable and fast enough for what I want to build.
