Thanks for the reply. I've done that quite a few times, but with no luck on a useful response. I just get sent back to the register a domain page, where I receive the same message - to submit a support ticket.
There is no way to directly contact anyone on the phone to help resolve this issue, is there? I've emailed and submitted several tickets now.

First off where are you trying to register your domain at, here at WA or another like NameCheap.com
OK,
I always bought my domains through NameCheap.com and never had any issues?
Then I transferred them over to the WA servers for the Free hosting.
If you are already working with Support there is not much else that I can do for you?
They never left me hanging about anything I contacted them about?
I have one last card up my sleeve, give me until tomorrow morning, I need to shake one more tree.
I will let you know what I find out, hang in there, my best,

...normally, it's a simple procedure to purchase a domain ... hope you've gone to your Dashboard>>Websites>>Site Domains and follow the prompts to payment...
...and if that doesn't work, go to your Profile>>Account Settings and check your Subscription/invoicing areas and follow the prompts...
