I became a Premium member in July 2019, so why can't I see it anymore?

i would ask Carson or Kyle my friend they will point you in the right direction

Hi, Sandy,

Site-support cannot help you with Accounts.

They are just for website support. You can connect with them anyway as you are a free member.

Your payment may have not gone through sometimes this happens. Even for my daughter or me it says paid and isn't even with apple pay or any other. You need to double check that.

Thank you. I joined in July 2019 and paid my iitial $19, then in August became a Premium member, the $49 was deducted from my account. I was out of pocket for a few weeks and did not log in for awhile.
Somehow in trying to log back in, I forgot my password. Tried to reset but I could not receive emails from WA. WA said they bounced back, (yahoo email). I had to REJOIN as a new member just to get to ask a question. I later found their primary website to ask a question.
I could not get to anyone, no phone, and every time I tried other sources it required I was a Premium member. Maybe I missed something. I got to Kyle, and he sent a message via WA. I could not reply...got error message - I was not a Premium Member.
There is a hic-cup somewhere.
It will be interesting to see what the solution is.

The only other thing I suggest is you want to go premium again. So do it at the $19 once you are there ask Kyle via PM to reconnect your accounts again.

Hope that helps. Generally you should just login to your old account and re-join.

All in all you are not a premium as the same would apply for me. If I left never paid I can no longer come back but have to pay up the month again.

If you was a premium you would still be a premium. Sorry I cannot help you further as it seems Kyle has replied to you already.

Just go from here and once you go premium you can sort it better that way.

I can understand your frustrations. I'm trying to find a way to help you but obviously because the system won't recognize your membership , this is difficult. I have to go out shortly, but I'll try again later. JIM

FYI my original user id was SandyG and the original email was yahoo.
In having to rejoin, I had to change both.. SandyG02, and change to my gmail account.
I am getting emails from you notifying me of your response in my gmail account.

I cannot get into Site Support. I keep getting the window that wants me to pay $19 or become a premium member. I am already a member. This is just taking me in circles and no solutions.

Did you click on help Center' bottom left on your profile page. Then site support up the top? It will ask you a series of questions . Jim

The only other thing you can do is to click on your profile, click on account settings
Scroll down till you see the membership box, click on this and see if they have you down as paying for membership. If not you will have to contact whoever it was that sponsored you and let them know your issues. Jim

Yes I accessed Site Support just as you described. All I get is the page to pay.
I had to rejoin as a new member because I could not get into my account. If WA sees me as a new member It will not have the membership as paid.
I forgot my password, but it would not recognize my email. So I rejoined and I am not getting any welcome emails either. There seems to be a problem with my receiving emails from my yahoo account. As of the 16th I was getting notifications of members 'following' me.
