Having completed 8 years of research on possible reasons for the "Economic Crash of 2008," I have come to the conclusion that Home Mortgage Foreclosures by Mega-Banks and lenders are a critical factor in the economic woes we are facing. I would like to offer my knowledge and research information, to homeowners who are facing foreclosure!

I think that is a great idea, it is unbelievable that the banks were qualifying persons for mortgages way out of there price range. When people finally understood that they could not afford the homes the value had declined so much they could not sell it and had to either go through a short sale or a foreclosure. A blog to update those thinking about buying a home is great at this time as some of the mortagage restrictions are being lightened.

There is actually evidence of criminal activity involved in the origination of millions of those loans. Predatory lending, fraud, forgery, and various other actions, that have victimized innocent homeowners. My information will help those homeowners in understanding it may be true that they may not have qualified for those loans, but there are issues they need to be aware of, before they walk away from their homes.

After spending the past 8 years helping my Cousin in Hawaii fight foreclosure on her home, we have managed to "fend off" the parties who claim to have authority to foreclose. We contend that they DO NOT have "standing" to foreclose on her home. It is frustrating to know that the Courts are not requiring the proper "proof," which would be, that these Mega-banks produce the original note, with endorsements, to prove that they have the right to foreclose. The onus is on the homeowner, requiring them to pay a mortgage to an entity that cannot prove that they even have the right to foreclose!
