I've Been Inside For Too Long.So I Went To A Forest
I've been working so hard on getting through my training, getting my website up and running and trying to come up with valuable content. I'm so proud of everything I have achieved but I must say cabin fever was starting to set in.
Today a friend messaged me and asked if I wanted to go with her and her doggies to the forest. At first I was starting to say no., I have so much to do and I really want to get through it all asap, but you know what today it can wait. Today I'm going to recharge a bit.
So off we went and what a wonderful day it was. Being out in nature, walking amongst the trees, watching the wildlife go about their day. It really was just what the doctor ordered. I didn't even take any photos. I was so happy just being their and talking to my friend that I didn't try to create a moment, I didn't have to- the moment was creating itself.
Now that I am refreshed and recharged after being out in nature I'm off to do some more work on my garden blog, it really was the best way to get inspired.
Sometimes you need to just stop and smell the forest lol

the same thing happens to me!, I get too buried in front of the computer and time flies!
a walk in the woods with doggies always recharges me. The trees bring great energy and the smell of nature gives a boost to the brain!
Nature is great for all that ails us! ;)
Depleting ourselves will have long term effects - good for you to recognise and recharge.
Thank you. Time to recharge is very important. I try to get out in the garden everyday but going somewhere different in nature had a new burst of energy :)
Yes,one can get a bit obsessive with all this WA stuff. A break freshens everything up.
Alister
You are so correct Alister, i was getting a bit obsessive with getting through 'the next lesson' but balance is important :)
