We request 3-5 comments when posting a new post. Is that enough for the history of the post or should more be requested later? Thanks...

Some good answers for you, Sam! Be safe!

Each request may lend 2 or more comments, so if you 5 requests at the least you will receive 10 comments.

Sometimes a request can lend you 5-10 comments depending on the post or niche. This is my experience.

Good question Sam, and great suggestion by SimoninAsia.

Thanks

Hey Sam, 3-5 is great to start off with. You might want to add more gradually over time. It looks good to Google when they see engagement in a natural way.

Take advantage of the time feature in SiteComments - when you ask for more than one comment you can choose whether you want them spread out over say, 7 days, 30 days or even up to 90 days. That's what I do!

That is a good question!

So are you going to try and answer? ;-)
