I have been able to paste from word, my notepad, and my Galaxy Note 4...so I don't think you would have a problem. You will just have to edit for proper structure in word press.

Do you have glue, a scanner, and a pair of scissors? If so, you should be good to go.

Copying from Notepad is very good to do. Be aware, that it's plain text that You copy. You have to layout everything in the Wordpress editor afterwards, but that's easily done once You have some experience with that.
