How to reorder site pages side widget?
I need to know if it's possible to reorder (prioritize) the order in which my Pages side widgets show.
Yes Sam, you can go into widgets and mouse over the
one you want to move. Hold down your left mouse and
drag it to where you want it.
Thanx Ken.
You're right, I am able to drag and change the order of my widgets but only for the Titles.
I'm trying to figure out how (if at all possible) to change the order of each page under the widget entitled Pages.
I'm starting to think it's a theme issue but am really not ready at this point to change my theme to solve this issue.
Again, thanx for your reply & support. I really appreciate it. Let me know if I can return the favor.

Sam,
Go to your menus and create a new menu.
Name it whatever you like you can change it anytime.
Open it and put in the pages you want to show.
You can drag them to change the order.
That is how I do it.
Then use the widget "Navigation Menu" and drag
it to where you want it. Open it and select the
new menu you just created.
Thanx Ken,
Your tips were very helpful... I now have a new menu and will work on arranging it the way you suggest.
Really appreciate your help.

I had already installed two banners, one was a WA banner, the other was not.
When I logged in to my site today both banners were no longer showing.

Actually, Marion... you are a true life-saver. I thought WA was not being blocked... apparently, I was wrong and NO, your question was not silly at all... I am the silly one :) :).
I had gotten to the point where I had to walk away... so I went and washed my car... I can't thank you enough for reminding me of the basics...
I think what happened was that my computer did an auto reboot this morning... Now I know better... Again, thanx so much.
So, my next Q for you is related to what shows on my homepage: All my posts.
However, what I would like to show is "Unlock The Magic..." (my intro to my niche - Health, Wealth & Romance). This shows up after "Privacy Policy" on the homepage of my website SamMiCor.com.
If I go to Customize==> Homepage Settings the options are to set it as my latest posts or a static page. It's currently set for Latest Posts.
If I change it to static then I need to set up 2 pages, one for the homepage and one to display posts. If I set it to "A Static Page" it automatically displays "Unlock the Magic..." on the side widget under Pages.
So my Q is, do you have any tips on how I can set "Unlock The Magic..." as my homepage without having it show up under pages in the side widgets?
I'm really going to earn that carwash Sam.
OK, here goes. Add Blogroll to Menu When Using a Static Home Page Swap out the widget pages thingy with a Navigation Menu widget so you can control exactly which pages you want to list. Menu With Custom Links and Drop Down Non-Clickable Headings You may want to add a Popular Posts list as a Navigation Menu widget too. I've got that in my sidebar as a Text widget but a Navigation Menu widget should work just as well.

Hi Sam, here is another link that you might find helpful. Remember that you need to add this code to the Text tab and not the Visual tab. How Do I Add A Wealthy Affiliate Banner To My Website? Let me know if you still have a problem with this.
Brian
Hey Brian, thanx.
I have been adding it to "text". I'll check out the link... appreciate it.

OK. So I tried your instructions (same as Kyle's training info, with a bit of a twist). I actually even tried using the custom HTML... Not working for me.
I even added a Title - that showed up just fine on the side widget... but not the banner.
Hey Larmu189, thanx.
That's the info I've been following. I was able to install my banners yesterday but when I logged in today they had Houdinied on me.
I've tried to reinstall (following those steps) but have not been able to. I think I'm gonna have to contact support "again" on this issue.
Thanx for your reply, I really appreciate it.
