I just created a second site www.giftfundcoop.com and have a domain dedicated email but am not receiving email because it's not set up in WA.
How do I go about doing tha
As Jerry says, do the training. Here are my notes. Use them as a guide.
1. Site Manager and go to website
2. WP Dashboard, Users, add new.
3. One email per user so if you are admin & user need two emails.
4. Process
• Get page to put information on
• Names (yours)
• Kyle doesn’t enter his surname
• Website url
• Role – still admin
• Role for others has limited access
• Add new user
OK. I did steps 1 - 3. I have 2 users "Admin" & "My name" they each show their own email address already listed.
That's why I don't know why my emails are not going through.
I think I'll just have support take a look at it for me, maybe they can figure out what's going on.
Did you forward it to Gmail.
Create domain specific email & forward to gmail.
1. Access – Site Manager. Open Site Email at top of page
2. Click and page with all email addresses shows up.
• Need to be hosted by WA
3. Domain specific is a requirement to some SEs. Helps provide verification of ownership.
4. Email inbox:
• Choose domain
• Choose name
• Helen@workingonthewildside.com
• SMTP settings to organise email. Open site. Paste passwork.
5. Forward to Gmail.
• New email forward click
• Choose domain
• Forward to Gmail address
• Note: if do a forward, need to delete the new email mailbox. Can’t do both.
Go to Certification level 2 and you will be able to get the information that you need.

Just remember that if you are sending forwarded emails to yourself, they often will not get received. If you're sending email from the same IP, it'll create an infinite loop, so it won't send your "test" email.
I recommend forwarding to gmail, but using Atmail is another option!

I would like to know how I can access and view feedback i have provided to other sites.
If you go to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/website-feedback you should see "Sites I've Offered Feedback For" at the bottom. If the feedback wasn't seen/approved yet, it may not be showing yet.

Hi guys,
Just need to touch ground on the duplicate payment issue on my account. Your last message mentioned it was being referred to Carson. I haven't heard anything ba
They'll fix it. Don't worry.
I had a charge issue on my C.C. It looked like a duplicate charge. When I looked at it, again, I realized I hadn't purchased, anything. (free domain's, ya know) I thought they'd charged me.
I called and learned it was a mis-charge and, then, re-credited. That's why the amount was there, twice.
Anyway, it got sorted out. (Maybe they have a newb in their treasury dept.)
Thanx Clare, for your soothing comments. Gotta say though, my favorite part comes at the very end, "(Maybe they have a newb in their treasury dept.)... lol :).
In my case, I do have a double charge due to an issue related to a WA Premium account I set up in Feb this year... I agree with you, I sure Carson will (eventually) address it and correct it by refunding one of the two payments.
I just hope I don't need to send them this message:
Dear IRS (I mean WA), Please cancel my subscription.
I'm sure by now they should know I have no intentions of canceling. So let's wait and see how far their sense of humor goes.
