To withdrawn (as in, convert) these credits You must have at least 10 of these in Your account.
To earn them, You can use SiteComments, SiteFeedback, or getting referrals to setting up their accounts.
However, To get paid, You need to at least earn $10, and 1 WA Credit is $0.5 (10x0.5=$5).
Make sure that You follow the training, as You shouldn't be grabbing for coins in here. Instead, use them to rank Your website, instead.

Wealthy Affiliate is definitely not a fraud :). It's the best training platform I've found online for building an online business. Wealthy Affiliate Review 2018: $4k Per Month Results! I believe there's a certain threshold you have to meet before you can exchange your credits for cash. Once you meet that threshold you can move the slider and exchange them as you wish.
