The more people that you have following you the more help you will get. This basically means that when you ask for help more people will see it and be able to answer your questions quickly.

For example, Whoever is following you right now when you wrote this question they will see it show up in their feed and be able to answer it for you. That is the benefit of other people following you.

The benefit of you following other people is that you will see all of their activity within the community. If they create a training or post a video you will see it and be able to check it out. There are thousands of helpful members here who post training and blog about things that you may have been wondering about.

This is also another good way to get your questions answered within other members training or blog posts. I hope this has helped answer your question and if you need anymore help let me know man.

Hey Sam. I only click the Follow Me button when I find that a Member is doing or saying something that interests me. I have Notifications turned on in Account Settings, so I get email alerts when they post questions, blog or create training, so having alerts on isn't practical I've found if you follow too many other active Members.
