You can add your website to your profile, that's it - just go to your profile & look under your profile picture, you should see a section to add it :)

The only safe places are on your Profile page, under the Follow Me on section. In the SiteComments request feature and the SiteFeedback request feature.
Generally, Self Promotuion is NOT allowed here at WA in any other places. Especially in Live Chat, Questions and on your WA Blog.

4. Writing in your own blog regularly.
