How do I cancel my premium membership but not close my account, how do I do that? I do not want to be billed the $47 on March 24th.
Hi - if you cancel your membership you will lose all access to this platform. You cannot return to being a free starter. If you choose to do this, click on your profile photo then go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing.
