Insanity!

Someone said and I quote,“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”.

I slowed down quite a bit last week here due to a week-long project outside of WA and my ranking numbers went up as fast as a gas fuel dispenser, heartbreaking. I actually had more time left to work on my activities here in WA, but fabricated dismaying excuses. I desired fearless action. Oh yeah? Where is it now?

Well, a bit exagerated, but I know that if I don't make changes in terms of setting aside time and a productivity schedule in place, implementing them consistently, it's really difficult to maintain momentum.

Just that one week of inactivity triggered disheartening rank numbers. Well, I guess I'm too hard on myself, agree, but at the same time I want a kick in the behind for not being reliable.

I might need some reprimanding and if you feel like it, I give you permission.

Thank you in advance.

I don't think you should blame yourself
to have a life next to WA. You take the time you
can to get to your goal. The important thing is to move
forward, even slowly.
What would be a pity is that you don't do anything for
your business and it's not the case.
So keep on you good work at your own pace.

I'll take that. Thank you Ingrid.

Hey, you and me, both! I get sidetracked and lose my momentum! Then it takes some effort to get back into the groove, then I get sidetracked! Hehehehe

Steve

Yes! I need that. If I can't remind myself, someone has to and I trust this community to do it constructively.

Thank you Steve

I'm not entirely sure why people obsess over rank numbers. I socialize here when I'm procrastinating or when I need some motivation. The rank number has zero to do with my progress in the training or on my niche site. I don't see it as a measure of success at all. I'm very proud of myself when I manage to get on WA, use site content to edit a new post, and then go away without socializing.

I read a post on here where one member talked about knowing if her rank went to a certain point that she was spending too much time on WA and not enough time on her site.

I gladly take that as a constructive reprimand, seriously.

Thank you.

I know not everyone sees it that way but maybe the alternative perspective will help you not be so down when the rank number drops, you know?
