Hi Friends !

All to often we become stray from being Personable and this week I was awakened to a great feeling. As more of my friends and referrals have started to make their way to the community.

I was looking at the auto replies and whilst i don't agree with them. They do have their place at some-point. I will use auto-generated replies if I cannot get back to someone right away to tell them I will be back to respond to them in person as soon as I can.

Now just because you reach the top on WA does not mean you need to lose touch with your sensitive side. I respond to most comments on my Blogs and Even within the community with what I like to say would be a respectable frame of time.

You don't know how often I was communicating with said individual here to be met with disappointment as i realized it was just a copied and pasted greeting or maybe even a message. Now don't get it twisted I'm guilty as charged myself but I had an epiphany the other night.

It was that there are new members joining us everyday and that a lot of them get turned off when they see the same response given to another newer member they follow by the said same individual or premium member.

What I'm trying to say is if we are going to work through this community we might as well reflect a level of Professionalism. This really hit home for me in more ways then one. I'm an Avid Poster on all social media platforms.

But i would never be caught dead doing it on them so I sure as heck shouldn't be doing it here. We need to be personable in our day to day, as stated numerous times

''We are not in the business of selling but in the business of helping people"

To be honest, To be in sales is to to be genuine and true to your word. To build relationships with people and your brand. The moment you step back and try to put this all on autopilot ask yourself. Did I get into this for all the wrong reasons, Have I become so disconnected with humanity that I cant take the time to respond selectively and even more so genuine to these people?

Hand crafted responses are so very genuine and have the ability to impact Members, Potential Partners and More Importantly Just Every Day People.

I encourage anyone who takes the time to read these posts of mine to come add me up on any of these social media outlets so we can bring back the personal touch and help each other progress in this wonderful sector of the inter-web.

Thank you for reading folks and most definitely all the best to you this week! May you find your niche's plentiful, your keywords rich and traffic highly organic.

Much Love,

Rosco Stretch <3

Once again my friend, you are putting the truth right out there! I must admit I was a little bit gutted when I saw someone who had posted on a new members profile exactly what they had posted on mine back when I joined a month or so ago. At the time I though, wow this guy is awesome for taking the time to create a post for me. Unfortunately now I personally believe that he has devalued himself in my eyes.

Just my opinion, but I've removed him from my 'useful people' list.

I actually just came across one from an ambassador in the top 50 using the incorrect name. Its all too real and very Savage absolutely not great practices

Yep. If you are pressed for time, it's better not to do than do this way.I also noticed incorrect names. Not a big deal to use the correct name with the service we are provided.:)

I'm still laughing hysterically, I mean it's not funny really but I did make a follow-up remark with the said individual to slow it down.

I'm guilty as charged but I will always make my rounds with a personal response. I think people are more compelled to get in touch with us when we do. I mean its the Huge ones that you notice from a mile away that detour others from pursuing a more active lifestyle with this career.

I just got you on fbook , shoot me some of your linking so I can get your stuff out there for you my brother!

I am guilty of this myself.

It happens, I mean thankfully we all have the active members like ourselves to keep each other in check

Honestly, don't even know what auto replies are and where to take them. Though I don't think I would use them anyway.
I also noticed some people being not very careful in their responses. They write "Welcome to WA" to a person who's been here for a year, etc. That's bad for the reputation of the community of course

Completly agree I noticed this a lot when I first joined and your right it can be very off putting, but many people are very busy so it's understandable to a point.

Oh yea for sure, I mean offering the long-winded paste of the training is one thing but when people are forgetting names and not at least not modifying it to a certain degree it can be a bit much :) Weve all been there at some point

Thank you, Sir,

Most welcome insight from you as always!
This community stirs a fire in many after not long here I'm finding myself wanting to contribute as much as I can. Even though understanding many will never share my views or ideas it always nice to take a shot in the dark and find some new friends!

You present your case well...I know that at one point I was using an almost cut and paste approach, but over time I felt it was just a waste of my valuable time...

Better to make fewer posts and put some real effort into making the comment unique and related to whom the comment is directed is what I think these days...

It can be a battle, though, because you simply have a limited amount of time to spend on this platform. I have taken recently to the tactic of just blogging here about certain points of my online journey...

This is helpful for me to sort through what I am doing in real life on the business side, and it can hopefully provide insight to others as they choose (or not choose) to read about what I am doing...

The goal to is to get others to provide their feedback, ideas, additional advice, etc. as well in their comments for such posts. Through such engagement, more learning can take place...

That is where we come back to the subject of comments that you are talking about. If there is little thought put into the comments, they help much less than if some salient and critical thinking is reflected in the comment.

Good post and best of luck with your online marketing business!

Cheers!

Well said Dave,

Thank you for taking the time to reply with a great human response, I myself for one am starting to realize this is the only way to break the ice and to further the connections I need to make to solidify my efforts not only here but everywhere.

I Worry too much about who is going to read, and I think a valuable lesson can be told from everything we all write on here.

This platform has become a big part of my day in the mornings especially. To sit a pour out thought into something that ultimately I will never know how many it actually will touch. In a sense, a blog is great therapy. It always has a favorable outcome and will always present great opportunities for anyone who is willing to take the leap and present themselves to a community of almost always open and never judgemental ears.
