I can't Access My Website Since 6 Hours Now
Hello WA members,
Is someone facing the some issue as me? I can not access my website since 6 hours now. I have contacted the site support but the issue remain unsolved.
Things are going worse now because when I try to login in my site admin, I get a message saying that "no wordpress site installed".
Are you facing the some issue, or I am alone?

Wow..6 hours is a long time. I just checked my site and it is not down, however, I have experienced this many times in the past. I have always contact site support with no resolution.
So, I just roll with the punches. what I have done in the past was cleared all my cookies and or used a totally different browser or changed computers and normally it will work.
but, I see some people are saying that a server might be done so if that is the case. I am not sure if any of the above steps will work.
I would think that site support would know if the server is done. At least that is how it works with hosting normally, to my knowledge.
It must be a specific server issue because I have no problem accessing my website. Hopefully they get things fixed real soon for you.
Alex is having the same problem. Looks like there may be a problem with one of teh servers but 6 hours is ridiculous. Most hosting companies offer 99% uptime which soujnds great until you realise it can be down for pover 7 hours/month.
Hopefully support will fix it soon but at least they should tell you what the problem is and give you an ETA for fixing it.

That is a GREAT suggestion! They should let people know they are aware of the problem and what the ETA is.
When they stay quiet, people get even more upset.
It's all about communication and it's strange to see the lack of it from a site which is all about communication.
An easy analogy is airport delays. They never come out and tell you what's going on untuil people are very irate. All it nees is someone popping out every half hour with an update and people feel informed and, more importantly, valued...

Yes, same problem. My site was down like it had been before but was resolved with no further issues then. Now it is just getting worse. Went from being down to non-existent.
I agree, I was going to send a private message to Kyle or Carson asking for some sort of response as to the issue but trying to PM them leads to a Site Support ticket which is unsatisfactory in my opinion.
I love WA and this in no way makes me want to leave but hosting here is apparently horrendous so I will be hosting elsewhere once the issue is resolved.
Let's hope that it will be resolved. I have more than 120 posts, and this is putting me under pressure.
I don't mean to butt in but, I have been wondering if my hosting is out of control. I have asked several times with no resolution. With your response, it has now been confirmed. Thank you, as I experience the same issue daily and site support does nothing but give me the same response every single time but, I too love the WA community.
I saw someone else in chat that was having a similar/identical problem today.
I checked three of my websites. They are ok.
I recommend you contact site support. Maybe if they know who all is having problems that will help them figure out what the issue is.
I hope they can get it resolved quickly.
