Pushed on build my website says page not found?

my site is Loved One With Dementia dot siterubix dot cm. When I go to dashboard and click on the blue box with the words inside "CUSTOMIZE MY SITE" I get a error page that says Sorry what you are looking for cannot be found. I have had my url for three days now and have been stuck here since. Please tell me whatever information I need to get out and whom to get it out to so that I can move forward.

Hi. Try changing themes-under the "Customize My Site" it should say something like "change my theme completely." If that doesn't work, try sending in a support ticket here:
