Hi - click on your profile photo at the top right of the screen, and go to Account Settings and Subscription.
Scroll down to see the cancel billing option.
Do be aware you can't go back to being a free starter again and will be locked out of the platform.
If you do decide to quit, please do understand that your website hosting will be turned off immediately when your membership ends and your site will no longer be live on the internet.
If you want to retain your work, you will either have to resubscribe (which is very easy to do) or you will have to move it to another host while you are an active premium member.
Contact Site Support to ask for a backup of your website, so it can be restored when you transfer your domain to your new hosting provider.

For any websites hosted here, you need to arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases, as you would be locked out of the platform; site support backups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
You may reach out to site support for a backup of your websites.
Also, domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days.

Straight from the gate you advertise if we pain a discounted fee, we " make a ton of money" you didn't advertise" if you pay the discounted fees, and pay other fees which amount to 100.00s of dollars on upgrades.. We will generate money. My question is, don't you think this is misleading?
It would appear to be great business sense that you would allow one to go through the first lessons before upgrading. So that it makes your company look like they care about progress before wanting us to pay more money.
I haven't done a damn thing yet because in or for me to get the " proper" training, I needed to upgrade. So I upgraded and the first screen that pops up is, you guessed it. " In order to get the proper training discussions etc, I should upgrade"

WP said that my website has a critical error. Their explanations don't make sense to me. My progress has stopped trying to figure it out. Help! Thanks Rosa S.
No worries Sobhani , site support will rectify it quickly , just have a cup of tea and you should be ok after that
Make sure you report it and they will send you a ticket

Definitely contact site support. They backup your website every day and they can roll it back for you to the last working copy, should that become necessary.
You should also make your own backups if you are not already doing so. There are several backup plugins you can use. I use UpDraft Plus.
Try to contact site support and see if they can fix it for you. Maybe they can advise you as well.
