I noticed you joined in 2016. Did you upgrade to P+ during the Black Friday sale? If so, the free domains weren't included in that deal.
At checkout, select the third option, 'credits'; you can click on that tab. (One .com domain equals 32 credits.)

However, starting with a siterubix subdomain may be better until you are happy with your niche and name, as you cannot edit the URL of a premium domain name once purchased. And if you happen to have made a mistake.
