Have you used Google to search?
Here is a simple guide with links. There are others as well. Just type your question in the above search bar. Does Free Images Really Mean Free
I guess my question is in regards to specifically comic book images and screen captures from movies...Some of my favorite websites such as comicbookmovie.com and ign.com use images taken directly from comic books and movie promotional pictures. How are they allowed to use those images?
I'm lost on this matter. Basically, this will be an informational site in which I will be providing news, and monetizing the site from movie reviews, product reviews etc. But how can I do that if those images are owned?
Did you read the Blog? There are other informational Blogs as well. Because there are so many people with all types of niches, it makes it tough to filter. It's easy to type your question though and get answers. Also, have you Googled?

The movie promotional pictures is even easier. When you sign up with an affiliate, you will have access to all their FREE tools.
I mean I'm sure there are rules with regards to how the images are used. Because sites like ign, comicbookmovie.com and superherohype have been around for as long as I can remember. But what are they?
The FREE images are FREE. You will know if you see images you are not allowed to use...it's simple...
