Hi. Does Wa refund any part of your yearly if you cancel? I am only 5 months into my yearly and I do believe this is the end for me.

Don't give up just yet. The year is paid for. Finish it out. A lot can happen in 7 more months. I hope things work out for you. Take care

No as yearly comes with a discount. Otherwise people would game the system by paying for yearly & getting a refund, rather than paying for 5 months. It's just like if you purchase a mobile phone contract for 1 year you can't refund half way through.

Hi - no, it is specifically covered under their terms of service.

"If you subscribed to a yearly plan, any cancellation will only be effective at the end of the then-current annual billing period and no credits or refunds will be issued to you for prepaid fees"

hey Rusty! ... leavin'?! ...we realize we're all busy with life most times and with your teaching, yes, can understand the schedule thing ... you'll be missed around here! ....

hope you just need a wee pause and then back at it, hopefully ....

all the best, cheerio ... :)

Rusty hi, youd need to contact Kyle privately for this.

No, if you cancel, your account will remain active and cancel on your expiration date.

May I ask why you're looking to leave?

Hey everyone!

It's me with another question. I have been at it working very hard all day and came across a curious thought.

My niche has nothing to do with mone

I heard you could do that.

Joe

If you place the link on a page (As in a seperate button much like the 'about me' one) on your website there won't be an issue . Jim

Thank you Jim!

I have a button called 'Free websites'.

Yes you can plus you can use some of the banners and place it on the sidebar in the widget section if you wish.

Don't overdo it with heaps of money making posts as it is not related to your niche but nothing wrong with saying how you came to building this website and when you got the training from and providing a link.

One post will be fine and that is wll you would need

Andre

Do you have any advice on how exactly to implement it into my sidebar?

Go to the dollar sign at the top there you will see banners
Select the banner which you feel is right for the sidebar widget use your affiliate link which is already there for you and save once in.

Here is a link that will help

Rusty,

I know people who have all niche sites but still find
a way to promote WA on them - you would be crazy
not to ::))
That being said could you create a category or title on
your site for MMO - or how I learned to blog/whatever

See how this can work ::))
Susan

Thank you so much! That is very helpful and a great idea. I think I definitely will give it a try. Of course, as long as its good content why wouldn't google index me?

Thanks again!

Russell

Rusty,
There are others that make a heading for WA at the top that fits
with their niche - One has a health site and on of the menu headings is Online Business Ventures - and he is getting indexed with all his posts ::))

Susan

Oh wow that is incredible to hear because that is my niche as well.. I titled mine "make money online FREE".

If you have the time, could you even check my site to see if it sits okay? I had to move privacy police as a drop down from "about me".

https://myshakercup.com

Rusty,
That works fine - do not forget an Affiliate Disclosure Page
put it under your About Me - that is what I do :)

Your site is really good nice job :)

Hi everybody.

Big question here.
I want to create something similar to Jay's nfl snack helmets.

However, I'm not sure if google will accept it because there

Hi - just my personal opinion - I wouldn't worry about Google accepting it, as there are only just over 300 words, it won't even be on Google's radar. Its unlikely you will be ranked on such a short piece. However, if you did, then you have 9 clickable links including the ones in the sidebar which I would say is too many.

If you go to jays site here, https://footballsnackhelmets.com/green-bay-packers-snack-helmet

this is exactly how he did it?

The difference being that Jay has included a full description under each affiliate linked item, therefore bringing his word count to over 1100.

Ahhhhhh... What do you think about me just taking the extra links out and simply having the one link to the shaker cup? I could link to the Chicago cubs fan shop on amazon as well.

Also, do consider the chicago cubs shaker cup is a very unique target keyword as it has an seo of 100 on jaxy.

But you still need to increase the word count - it's my understanding that Google doesn't rank anything under 500 words. I would be interested to hear other views on this.

I did increase it to over 500.

I am just trying to figure out something that would work so that I can include different MLB team shaker cups. I post on a nutrition, fitness, and other products.

However, I would love to tie the title of my website "myshakercup" into something that is meaningful, such featuring various shaker cups.

Hi everyone.

I have 30 days left to make 3 sales on amazon otherwise they "fire" me.

Has anyone faced something similar?

My website is definitely not to

I'm actually in that situation. Amazon rejected me because I didn't get the sales. I understand you can reapply, but you have to have the traffic coming to your website to get sales.

All my reviews are based on products offered on Amazon so I am trying to figure out what to do about those. I noticed that the links work, but they aren't affiliate links. They just go to Amazon as a regular link. I'm not quite sure what to do about my reviews.

I know this isn't very helpful, but just know you're not the only one going through this. I do have other affiliates that I'm trying to add reviews of their products to replace the amazon ones.

Probably the best thing to do is just reapply if you get rejected and put new links up. I will probably end up doing that.

So you're not the only one in this situation. I hope you get some sales before the end of the 30 days. Best wishes to you..

Lynn

Thank you Lynn.

I am truly sorry that you have to redo all of your affiliate links. Honestly, I would be driven towards quitting all together if that was the case. It takes so much dang work to do all of that. Hopefully I can figure it out before its too late.

Rusty,
With all the bad things I keep hearing about Amazon lately,
I did not get my sales and I got fired! But since then I have
been replacing them with other affiliates that pay higher
commissions and putting their links in and taking Amazon
out of my websites - takes time but just a suggestion.
Susan

I joined Amazon Affiliates program about 18 months ago in both US and UK sites, and I have yet to make a sale, Amazon haven’t fired me yet!

Do you have any friends that shop on Amazon? If so, give them one of your links to follow and ask them to click on it before they make their purchase. They don’t have to buy what you linked to. If they follow your link and buy anything you still get credit.

Do you think i could do this myself? Maybe put my computer in incognito, put my phone in incognito, and maybe take my brothers phone and order something?

I don't know much about Amazon. I have an account with them but, have not made a sale yet. I have around 60 days left. Have you tried to market the product on social media.

I don't know how safe this is but, I've seen people just some kind of way add the product on facebook or twitter. Or maybe you can create images and post it on Pinterest.

Do you have any friends or family members that need to buy something from Amazon any time soon? I don't know if this is allowed but, hey its a suggestion.

If you can't re-apply to Amazon, then check out ebay they have products as well. Or viglinks. Viglinks I am not sure how much they pay but, Amazon is one of their companies. The only difference is with Viglinks, it's just a link and there are no banners.

Well, I hope you can get the sales before time runs out. If not, no worries there are plenty of companies out there that you will be able to make money from.

Alright mate,

I am not the most experienced person to be answering as I'm in the same situation as you.

But, done a bit of research and believe we can re-apply almost immediately if we don't make the three sales.

Only thing is we'll need to change all our affiliate links which will be a bit of a nightmare.

I’ve heard this too. You just reapply.

But, the question is, would you then have to redo your links? becuase I would go BLOODY mad.

I’m not sure but I’m thinking you would have to. I know it’s a pain to do. I’m 30 days in to Amazon Affiliates and don’t have a sale yet either. I like Merlynmac’s idea below. :)
