I've got a question regarding the location of my affilliate links. Is there a possibility to put them somewhere else then besides the Theme Header. If so how do I
What I know is that meta tags are part of the post you are to create so it should be put in the proper place which is the meta description.

I would recommend you not use your theme's header. The following tutorial will explain why: Why Use Headers and Footers Plugin Hope this helps you.
