This is something to take notice of. There is to much noise today and a lot of us are talking of the sake of talking, not really conveying any message at all. Silence is good! It is often telling much more than you think.

You are welcome. Meena :-) Each morning I have some time of silence and contemplation before my workday begins. It is almost 30 minutes to one hour of no disturbances which is a great way to start the day 😊

I am a woman of few words and a lover of silence. There is just peace and serenity in it. I find beauty in the sound of silence especially when I have troubles.
But there is silence that is bothering and making me anxious and uncomfortable right now.... and I just hated this kind of silence... that is Kyle's silence on my supposed to be awesome Black Friday deal but gone wrong...

When outside is a cacophony of discord, all can be quiet within.
That said, our minds can be pretty noisy sometimes.
