Instagram Nugget of The Day - Part 2
I like Instagram. I like visuals and enjoy photography quite much. If I were to spend time on one social media platform, I would choose Instagram. Following the previous nugget posts for Pinterest and Instagram, here is another 😃.

Even if the month is almost over, there is still some time left and opportunity to starting posting regularly on the platform. The following ideas are something to do posts about, save them for next year. If you are living outside the US and Canada, check for special days in your own country( Remember the hashtags, when posting on Instagram):
- New Year Celebration:

- #newyearsday
- #newyearsresolution
- National Hot Tea Month (in the US & Canada):
- #timefortea

What is Your Own Important Events?
You can use special dates form your own life as well as post topics. Sharing a bit from your own personal life is a good recipe for success. One example is Jenna Kutcher´s Instagram account. She has invited all of her followers into her life, and as such, it is easy for her audience to relate to her, because of her genuine and personal appearance. She gives you the experience as your best friend or your closest neighbour.
Note down a list with your dates, anniversaries and launch dates with your selected hashtags and event name
Reflections - The Important Summary of The Months Activity
Finally, as the month is shortly at an end, found out how you want to log your Instagram performance for the month. Get ready to record them, in order for you to find out which posts are working, and which posts that do not.
Ask yourself the following questions and put them into an Excel or Google spreadsheet:
- What went well this month?
- What can I do better to accomplish a consistent posting schedule?
- How can I use these insights?
- On what days and times do my followers react most positively to my posts?
- And in relation to your plan, how are performing in relation to those?:
- are you making progress?
- have you done the necessary steps to reach your first goals?
- If you have to reach your goals, are the starting to pay off?
Some Final Thoughts
It might seem a lot to keep a track off. But when you first sit down and do the work as outlined above, you will quickly find out that with a bit of Googling and creativity, you will a lot of topics to something about. These topics can be used as a start of your keyword search in Jaaxy.
Happy Instagramming!

Hi Chris, I think it is a good idea and we got Roy if we have any questions.
All the best,
Michael
My thought as I read your article was exactly the first sentence of your last paragraph. But, then I realized that your are suggesting adding a bit of structure to what can normally be a hit or miss kind of process. Good idea!
Good catch, Jim :-). It is important to track what is working and what is not working.
