Yes, it will take time, you will get frustrated, you will feel that you are at the end of the rope several times, but the rewards appear when you least expect them to.
How to hold yourself together during the journey.? Here is 5 bullet points that can help:
- Positive affirmations every day
- 5 minute of journaling every day - it will help you see your actual progress
- Working on your business every day, even just 5 minutes will get you a bit closer to what you want
- Having a plan, write it down, do not make it complicated
- Physical exercise
My Morning
My morning has been like this:
- Coffee
- Meditation
- Affirmations
- Planning my day
- Checking emails and my autoresponder
- posting on Twitter, Webtalk and Facebook
- Checking up on "My team" which is my E-mail list
- WA blog
Time used: 60 minutes.
All done before going to my daytime job!

Nice one Roy , I have a job also , but find some time for my business , because if you don't , who is going to do it for u , surely not Barack Obama nor Donald Trump , you definitely have to find the time to grow and develop your own business , nice one Roy.
Thank you, Hentley. yesterday was a good day in every respect. Got a lot done at work, got good progress related to affiliate marketing, including attending the third day of an amazing virtual summit, and the most important part, family time with barbecue and warm weather😊.

I do hope that you are doing well. Thank you for your very wise and practical blog post, I am with you all the way.
I also have a full-time off-line business which can sometimes hold me back. I like to try and be up by 5 AM to be ahead of everyone, it doesn't always work though especially this time of year when I'm busy!
It's definitely important to have a list and daily tasks that we can tick off the list. I like your idea of a journal, this is a very sensible and practical idea. A journal can actually be incorporated into a blog so that followers can watch our progress.

Good morning, Roy. Yesterday was a very good day of the week. I have been struggling a bit to get up at my usual 5 Am in morning. But yesterday I managed to get back to the good routines.
I am not persistent enough with my journal. I get to write in it a couple of days during the week, but it is effective.
In total the month of May has been quite amazing. I have managed to grow my business in ways I couldn´t imagine :-)
I will do a little summary when the calendar "strikes June"

I understand Roy, I have been exactly the same! It's not the laziness it's just that my off-line business has been exceptionally busy and there are literally only so many hours in the day that we can work. It's great that you are back in the routine, this is so important and it makes such a difference to our business. I hope to be soon as I think my off-line business has peaked.
My Webmaster has always said to me to journal everything, (regarding my online business) however, I am trying to, but a little bit easier said than done! It's great that you are finding your journal effective.
It's absolutely fantastic that you have been able to grow your business in ways that you couldn't imagine. This is so good to hear Roy!
Having had a few off-line businesses over the years, I've really noticed how quickly the Internet can get you from A to B. In some cases, something that could have taken several years can be actually achieved in a matter of days or weeks utilising the power of the Internet.
