We are often growing up in an already pre-planned path to adulthood. A lot of times we follow our parents and end up in similar types of jobs as they have. Nothing wrong with that, but what about getting out of that set path, and design your plan for what YOU want.

At the start of the year, we all have some sort of plan for the new year. Something we want to achieve, but maybe we haven´t been very specific on the details of what we want.

Or we haven´t really thought our resolutions through as to make sure that what we are aiming for is something we want ourselves and not what someone else's dreams are, which makes you just fall into the line behind them and you get nothing out of the new year at all.

A dedicated plan, with details and firm milestones, is crucial. Make sure you make yourself accountable for your goals and plan for the new year. Announce your goals for someone, and follow up with results every week. Create your future the way you want it to become and stick to the plan.
