A Mindful Moment of Your Time
One of my new habits is a bit of time for mindfulness and meditation twice during the day. This morning I came over this beautiful little moment of mindfulness:
"Distraction is an opportunity to realize we can choose to be present again"
What this means is that is do not get stressed because your mind starts to wander or you get diverted from what you are presently doing. You will continue to progress towards your goals, it will just take some more time😊.
