Which WebCam Do I Buy For A Desktop?
I've recently purchased a Dell Precision desktop computer, I haven't set it up yet due to time, so I'm still using my laptop which is absolutely fine.
I'm looking for a decent WebCam, I have been looking at the Logitech Pro C920 Full HD Webcam which appears to have good reviews. I have to admit that I do not know much about cameras and webcams etc, so any help is appreciated. I'm looking to use the WebCam to create videos and for Skype and zoom calls
It appears that quite a few of the cameras are also fitted with microphones, I do not know how effective the microphones on these WebCams are? I generally use a headset when I make a video or a microphone that clips to my shirt as the sound is clearer.
I appreciate it's difficult to find a WebCam at the moment, due to the present situation.
I just wondered what your experience has been with WebCams and any recommendations would be appreciated.

I ordered one off of Wish and received it yesterday. Not sure what brand it is, but it records in up to 1080P and tried it out yesterday. It seems to work pretty well.
I've noticed some here have said Logitech and I know they make pretty good products so you couldn't wrong with a webcam from them.

It seems like Logitech is the most popular! I looked at some cheaper models on Amazon, the reviews were not so good, I will wait till the Logitech is available.

Yes, it definitely seems set Logitech is coming out at the top. Unfortunately, this model is not available at the present time, hopefully, it will be back in stock soon as life returns to normal.
I was almost tempted to purchase from a manufacturer that I hadn't heard of, however, the reviews were not so good. I will wait till the Logitech is in stock and carry on using my laptop for videos, for the time being.

I use the Logitech webcam you are looking at. Recently I have been on quite a few Zoom calls and the clarity on the Logitech seems to be far greater than any others of the people I have been on calls with.
I also use a Blue Snowball Ice microphone with it.
