Did you know that there is an official bug thread at Wealthy Affiliate? I didn't until the other day! You can see the link below.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/kyle/blog/the-official-bug-t...

I think a few of us have had a few small issues since the new facelift on Wealthy Affiliate, which can obviously be expected. I'm sure these issues will be ironed out in the coming days and weeks.

I only came across the thread the other day, it's a great idea to be able to put any website issues to Kyle and Carson regarding the Wealthy Affiliate platform.

Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a great and prosperous New Year.

Thank you for reading.

Roy

Hi Roy!

The odd bug or two have definitely been circulating since the new platform was released in early November.

I believe most have been swatted by now, but a couple are still doing the rounds.

I'm sure Kyle, Carson and the team are on the case so these pesty little critters will be no more very soon.

Enjoy your day my friend!!

Hello Nick,

Thanks for commenting, it's appreciated.

I guess any new platform suffers from this type of thing, at least they are being ironed out or swatted as you rightly said!

Have a great and prosperous New Year.

Roy

Very welcome my friend

May I wish the best for you and your family too.

Thanks Roy. I was just wondering if these issues should not just be reported to Site Support so that tickets can be properly raised and resolved? I notice that sometimes people say report it to Kyle and I am sure he responds but why is it that all these queries don't go through SS? Am I missing something?

Hello Hugh,

Thank you for responding to my blog post Hugh, it's appreciated.

I hear what you're saying and it makes a lot of sense. However, we can't actually report to site support unless it is about our own website. If you're going to site support and ask a question, it reverts backs to ask the community a question, unless, you put your own website domain in.

Ideally, it would be good to have an actual obvious place to report website issues. I guess that may come at some point, in the meantime, hopefully, the bug thread (providing people know about it) will help.

On another note Hugh, you have a very interesting profile, it sounds like you are a larger than life character! I think it's great that you are stepping out into the online world and have the confidence to make your business work! Fantastic, well done. I look forward to connecting with you more.

Have a great New Year.

Roy

Yeah I hear you Roy. The thread is what we have at the moment so best make use of it until a more formal system of reporting these issues can be established.

Believe it or not I am can be quite introverted. However I am trying to make myself uncomfortable by pushing past my limitations.

I hope too that we will be able to connect more and encourage each other to our mutual success.

Happy New Year bud
Hugh

Thank you very much for sharing. Happy New Year 🎈🎆🎊

Thank you Lisa,

A very happy New Year to you.

Enjoy the rest of New Year's Day.

Roy

Thank you very much my friend

Thanks Roy, this is a useful reminder,I have seen members just complaining about something and yet never flagging it so it just become a vicious circle. Very helpful, Phil

Hello Phil,

I hope you're doing well and had a good Christmas. Let me take this time to wish you a very happy New Year.

I put up a post a few weeks ago about not being able to see the top 10 blogs. It's good to have somewhere to report issues as these things happen from time to time. I actually thought it was a really good idea, the thread probably needs to be more visible though.

Thanks for commenting and enjoy the rest of your day.

Roy

Thanks Roy and all the best for 2021! Phil

Thankfully the change in weather has killed a lot of the bugs off. Hopefully they're not just hibernating. Happy New Year

Hello Geoffrey,

Thank you for taking the time to comment, it's appreciated.

Cold weather is the best way to kill bugs off, let's hope it kills Covid off quickly!

Have a great New Year.

Roy
