Are You Using Classified Ads?
I recently placed a paid ad on a large classified ad website for my off-line business, so far the results have been very good and the costs are minimal. The ad has actually been on page 1 of Google for about three weeks for the particular search term and I am receiving a good response from the ad. I will be putting more ads up like this in the future.
I haven't tried putting classified ads up for my online business yet, but I think it will be something that I will be experimenting with.
Have you tried using classified ads and have you had good results?

I have been using classified ads for years and years. Results have been hit or miss. Overall, they provide some traffic, but nothing I would get excited about.
Roy, are you at liberty to let us know which site you were able to advertise on?
I know Kyle has some pretty strict rules about publicizing things, but being able to follow someone's success is essential to our learning at times.

Thank you for your reply Larry, it is much appreciated! I am based in the UK and classified site that I use is the largest classified site in the country! It is definitely working for me, for my off-line business and I will soon try using it for my online business. I know different things work for different people, but often we don't know until we try.
