Hi, Ian! I'm a fellow Austinite;-) Thanks for all you're doing. I signed up here after finding your site (and reviews). I'm a lease purchase (rent-to-own) specialist and property manager. I'm currently building my own information product and also trying to learn all I can about lead generation for real estate professionals. Looking forward to chatting with you personally one day. Hey Ian, I joined WA based on your review while I was scrolling thru stuff off a link thru the warrior forum. After a day of investigating I promptly dropped all other instructional sites and joined as a premium right away. Just outstanding. Thank you very much young man!

hi ian, Im new to the affiliate marketing, however I really enjo your blog and reviews. I find them really helpful, however, I was just wondering if you would clarfy one thing for me. I am willing to work hard and be patient but how do I actually make money from my website? do I charge members a suscription fee or do I make money from ad's placed on my site? I would appreciate it alot if you could help me with this.

Hello Ian, I see you endorse BPS; I am familiar with setting up a Wordpress site and hosting. I have 3 questions; your help in responding will be much appreciated. I also signed up for your LOCAL course (free) only to realize you are here in WA.
1. Will your LOCAL course give all the details to launch a local SEO business, or is it more of a prep to introduce prospects to BPS?
2. If you would rather recommend BPS, is BPS still current and adequate to launch a local SEO business? This is especially as I believe Stephen has an upsell ($97/month FB mastermind).
3. Do you endorse his client-getting tactics? I develop cold feet when I think about cold-calling, knocking door to door; also mails / emails are pretty spammy - hence the question.
