Hello Fellow Wealthy Affiliates,

Hope you all have enjoyed your Halloween..

For me, it was a busy Saturday and Sunday not because of Halloween but rather apartment hunting and it also had interrupted my activity her at WA and my content creation.

We have scouted three units near my daughter's senior high school and finally yesterday (Sunday) got inked a 3 years contract that will last until my daughter graduates.

Why The Need To Move

This is to support my daughter, as you may have known from my profile we are still dealing with her mental well being. I and my wife will provide every support we could just to keep her get back to where she was once and have normal life.

Being at the school's dorm with her other classmates have advantages but also disadvantages. After experimenting for about two months we have finally decided that it would be best for my daughter to be staying with us than staying in the dormitory as also suggested by school's guidance counselor.

As our house is far away from school so driving everyday to and fro is not the best remedy so we have decided to relocate.

Our Temporary Shelter For The Next 3 Years

So today Monday (Nov.1) I went off to do the cleaning and also to set up the temporary beds. Basically the flat is empty. We have bargained with the landlord that he install curtains and A/C's, while all other things we will handle. So we are just planning to buy cheap stuffs that we could use for the next three years.

My daughter's school is overlooking from our balcony.

My whole day of cleaning!

After the beds were delivered this afternoon I have to find a way how to make a temporary curtains in the bedrooms as the curtains can only be installed after 3 days.

My wife and my daughter will layover to try, since its just opposite of her school it would also give her more time to sleep.

This table will be multi-function, for dining and also for studying and on my part for working on my website contents and WA, still lacking of chairs.

I Don't Like Changing Places

I have experienced changing apartments several times before when I'm still remotely working and I really hated it. But I have no choice but to look for a new place if my lardlord wants to take back the apartment or another reason is if they'd increase the rental.

In our current scenario, my wife and I still undecided if we should rent out our own unit or not. If to rent it out moving stuffs is the most difficult which I really don't like. Then after three years move back again, seems to me don't make sense. But considering that we will be paying for a rental, might as well rent out our own unit to offset our expenses.

We'll I have some homework to do aside from creating new contents that I have missed for three days!

Good day everyone!

Rowe
