I'd certainly narrowed it down and cover one specific aspect, when your site starts developing traffic, traction and authority you can then scale.

You could use your personal coaching business experience to tell a story and create products related to it for people to buy, should people find it interesting. Or do both, like one directly from you and then another blog promoting other people's product. I think it'll work. All the best!
