I'm not sure you need anything called tag manager. If it's something you know you need, go ahead, but if you aren't sure, you probably don't need it. i've never used it.

Hi, I've installed google analytics to my site, but I get a message that my site is not getting any hits, and that I need a tag manager. I got the code I need, but like in Roselene case I'm supposed to add it after the <body> code, and I can't fine one in any of my pages....
