Don't Forget To Use A Banner On Your Website

Today I want to remind you to use a banner on your website. I read a post here a while ago where it was said banners don't convert, I beg to differ. I have a website where the niche has nothing to do with making money online, so obviously, there is no content about making money online at all.

But I have a Wealthy Affiliate banner, and so far that banner has brought me 5 sign-ups, one has upgraded to Premium, and I am sure more will upgrade soon(well I hope they will).

So I think no matter the niche, it's good to have a banner on your website promoting WA, maybe someone likes your blog and they would like to start one too, why not share how to do it?.

Use A Banner On Your Website That You Create To Match Your Website Style

You can even create your own banner on Canva and use your affiliate link on the image, then place it as an ad, either after the content or in the middle of the content, whatever you like.

I have a banner that I created in Canva that simply says, "do you like my blog? Learn how to launch your own blog today click here".

See the example below, the image just took me 5 minutes to create in Canva.

Obviously, this is just an example, maybe your creativity is better than mine lol.

Conclusion

I have made it a point to put a banner on my websites, you never know who is reading your blog posts, it could be someone who has been wondering how they can start a blog or how they can make money online.

Anyway, I would like to hear what you think about having banners on your websites regardless of the niche, do you think it's a good idea? please share below, if you disagree it's OK too.

Thank you for your time

Rose.

Hi Rose

I have WA banners up only at the moment. I wanted to grow my community before utilizing too many banners and looking too salesy. I figure after about 4 months of that I could then introduce a banner per post. Do you opt to have banners within the content and/ or ads running along the side?

Hugh

I just have one banner within the body of the post, sometimes I do disable the banner, like if I am writing a review of a product that I am promoting, then I usually disable the banner.
But if the post is not a review, then I have the banner.

Gotcha

Hi Rose,

Thanks for the great tip that you have shared in your post! From your result, it seemed to be an awesome idea to place a banner on your website. As you have said, you never know what the people reading your post are looking for online.

Enjoy the rest of the week! Wishing you the very best!

Kind regards,
Nichola

Thank you, Nichola, and you enjoy the rest of your week too.

Hi Rose,

I think that's a good idea. There's nothing wrong with giving it a try.

I have an older website that I don’t update often. But I do have a few banners related to WA. This site is not MMO, but I slightly promote WA here and there.

But you’re fine- letting your site readers know if they want to start blogging and create a website,
I don't think there's nothing wrong with putting up a banner.

But those are my thoughts. Test out the banners and see what happens. Thanks for sharing.

Regards,

Eric

Hi Eric, yeah, I think it's good to give people the opportunity to try out this platform. And as I mentioned, you never know what people are looking for online.

I remember when I used to read content online, I always wished I could have my own website like the ones I was visiting.

That was before I discovered WA of course.

What a brilliant idea, Rose! Sure going to steal it!

Rob (Boomergp08), in one of his early post - suggested how non-MMO sites owners could incoporate WA promotion in their About page - which I've since been doing, though so far without any success.

Your idea is another level and indeed a very smart one. Thanks for sharing.

And as I said, off to steal it!

Yes please steal it, get on canva, the free version of Canva is sufficient to create amazing banners and other graphics for your website and your social media.
