The First Monday Morning of the New Year
So the holidays are over. We took down our decorations yesterday afternoon. The house looked a little dull for a few hours without them, but already I am used to it.
On New Year's Day, I did a major planning session, but I didn't start doing anything on the list. That's for today and going forward.
But here is part of the work section of that list:
SCI-FI DAUGHTER BOOK
UP ON AMAZON
ON MY AUTHOR SITE
ON CORDWAINER SMITH SITE, AND CLEAN IT UP
PAPERS AND BOOKS IN OFFICE
GET ALL MY SITES MOVED TO WA AND WORKING
I also did a similar list for domestic projects. Looks like I have a lot of cleaning out and getting rid of stuff. I'm no Marie Kondo but I still can organize things in every room of the house and outdoors.
Today I will begin to tackle our finances and put in my calendar the due dates for things. That's the big deal. I also talk with my sister on Mondays, and it's my day for cooking.
