Hi everyone! Need some help!
How can I send private messages to the referrals that are not Premium yet?
As Warren mentions, Starter Members do not have access to the Private Messaging system (PM). They can only see messages on their profile that you have added. If they are within their first 7 days, they will be able to respond to you.
I always ensure that I capture my referrals email address before sending them to WA, that way, I can email them outside of the WA platform.

Hi, if you click on the dollar symbol at the top, you'll see "my referrals", just click on that and you'll be able to see all your referrals. You can click on each of them and message them
I did it, but the only thing I am able to do is to leave them a message on their accounts, and those messages are public. I want to send a private message and I can't find the option.
Yeah that's probably because they are still starter members. They can't message unfortunately

Can I pay my WA subscription with cash credits?
Hi, no you can't. You have to forward to PayPal and then pay your subscription in the normal way.
Hi - no, you have to cash them out to PayPal, and then use PayPal to pay your membership. Payments are made on the 1st of the month.

You may need to offer some comments first if you don't have enough credits to pay for some comment requests.
And you're still getting the same error? Have you tried to get a comment on a different article on your site?
Perhaps SiteSupport can investigate to see if there's an issue with your site's integration with SiteComments: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
Personally, I've never seen this error, but maybe there's something technical happening in the background.
