Why Would I Wanna Do That? Why Would I Go Back To Monthly Payment?
OK, I really don’t know whats going on. I keep being logged out of WA and just now a pop up came telling me to change my membership from yearly to monthly.
Why in the world would I wanna do that? Can someone please tell me what is going on here?
I have included the screenshot of the message below.
I will of course take this issue to the support team but I want to know if any of you have seen something like this. Why would I want to change my membership when I worked so hard to be in the annul membership on Black Friday?
I really don't get it.

Maybe, we shall see what happens, I am still being logged off when I log in with my phone, I even cleared Cache on my phone and that didn't help

This is odd. If anything, you should be encouraged to pay yearly if you were on monthly billing.

We are going to have our team investigate why you are getting the language that you are getting (to move to monthly). This is likely an issue to Black Friday and we will get you sorted here, it is just a "wording" issue and will be fixed this week.
