How to Share Your Content using the Correct Image for Social Sites
Hi Guys
This is quick blog about images and social sharing. When I post on Pinterest, there are various images that comes up giving you the option of selecting the one you want. However,I often had the problem of getting to select the images that I wanted when using G+ , LinkedIn and Flipboard. Are you having the same problem?
Would you like to know how to share your content using an intended image and not the pre- selected one?
The answer is in Jays webinar, the one with the All in One SEO plugin.I finally decided to sit this weekend and do some webinar catch up. I had found this plugin to really make things easy.
This plugin comes pre installed with all the websites that you host at WA. It is the Social Meta part that allows you to customize the social meta title and description when posting on social sites. It also gives you the ability to upload your desired image that you would like to use when sharing your posts or pages.
As you can see in the image below for one of my drafts, I have two options.
1. I can select an image that was part of my article to be the one that would show on social media platforms or
2. Customize my own image. In this case, I created my own image using Canva so I will be going with that one.
I think Jay will do I much better job than me to take you through the process, so if you would like to learn more check out his recorded webinar here.
