Perfectionism KILLS success (quick message!)
One of the biggest lessons I've learned from Kyle in Wealthy Affiliate is that you shouldn't be a perfectionist.
Perfectionists are those people who try to do everything so perfectly that they never get much done.
But the truth is that in most cases, perfection doesn't even exist.
- Show me a perfect blog post - It doesn't exist.
- Show me a perfect YouTube video - It doesn't exist.
- Show me a perfect sales funnel - It doesn't exist.
- Show me a perfect sales pitch - It doesn't exist.
No matter what you are doing, it can always be improved.
In addition, different people like different styles so you can never satisfy everyone.
As you can see in the picture below, humans are different.
Take Action
=> Analyze Data
=> Improve
=> Repeat
A person who produces 100 blog posts is always going to beat a guy who tries to craft just 1 perfect blog post.
and...
A person who gets data from 100 blog posts is always gonna be smarter than a guy who gets data from just 1 blog post.
When building your business, your tasks could be summarized in 3 steps:
- Do something all the time that moves you forward.
- Analyze the data and learn how you can do things better in the future.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 as long as you breathe.
If you do that over and over again, you are destined to succeed.
The reason why some people fail is simply that they don't get started or they stop learning.

PS. Of course, we should not aim for the bad quality... But aiming for perfection is simply senseless because perfection never exists.
Aiming for PROGRESS is the key to success.

Work on quality things that provide value but dont stall trying to make things perfect.
Seems much easier said than done I know but getting started is always simple.
Find some way to add value and have fun doing it; you will be rich beyond your imagination.

"Perfectionism" is relative! I look at 'perfection' this way: There is the literal definition of perfection, and there is the alternative way to look at perfection. The alternative way for me is defining perfection as "improvement". As long as I am improving and life is improving, then, "Perfect!" :) What do y'all think about that? Maybe that is exactly what the article talks about. I will click on "Continue Reading" now to check it out. Haha....

We are all different with different styles and tastes. Stay true to yourself so whatever you do looks natural. There will be thousands of people out there who will like your style. Just continue and success will come in whatever form.
