I Learned This from Kyle's Premium Plus Class!
I've watched a few classes from Kyle recently and they've been extremely helpful!
Inspired by Kyle's Premium Plus class yesterday I realized that I could be more organized when creating YouTube videos. (He was talking about writing but you can apply same principles to any other platform).
Therefore, I broke down all the steps that it takes to create a YouTube video from 0 to 100% published video.
List of tasks (from 0 to 100% published video)
- Research keyword / title / Idea for a video
- Plan a thumbnail
- Write rough notes using bullet points
- Write a full script - optional
- Film a video
- Cut / Edit a video
- Upload a video to YouTube
- Add description, monetization, end screens, pinned comment, etc.
- Publish video
- Reply comments
Now the next steps are:
- Write down which day you're going to do which tasks.
- Write down goals for each day (Numbers = Results)
- Write down how much time you're allowed to us
- (Optional: Write down which tasks you will outsource to others)
-
For example,
On Monday I will research 3 new video ideas and plan a thumbnail + title.
On Tuesday, I will write down the notes/scripts for videos so I'm ready for recording.
On Wednesday, I will record 3 videos (and send them to the editor).
On Friday, I will upload videos to YouTube, add descriptions, etc. etc.
That is just an example. You can write down specifc plans for yourself on Google Spreadsheets below Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.
Kyle gave a few recommendations to be more effective:
- Don't try to do everything at once (Research, plan, create content, etc.). Rather do all the research on 1 day. Then create content on another day.
. - Set a measurable goal. For example, don't start by saying, "I am going to research a few keywords now." Rather say, "I'll research 10 new keywords now."
. - Set a timer before you start working. Instead of thinking, "Well, I'll have the whole day to research these keywords." Set a timer for 1 hour and see how many keywords you can find during that time.
-
You can apply these 3 principles to any platform:
- Blogging
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Etc.
-
I bet that you and I will be at least 2-5 times more effective by doing things in such an organized manner.
We can get more done in 2 hours than most people do in 8 hours! ;)
It's Your Time!

PS. There are still a few hours to take advantage of the huge Black Friday discount & bonuses...
You can still get a $200 Black Friday discount + all the Bonuses if you act now.

Good morning Roope,
I hope you're doing well and that business is good.
I always like to try and be organised Roope, I'm sure that even having my desk tidy helped me achieve more. I have also used the timer idea which seems to be an effective way of reaching goals.
On another subject Roope, I see that several people including yourself have upgraded to Premium plus. How is it working out for you, is it worth the extra cost?
Have a great day,
Roy
Absolutely fantastic. Time management and organization is so key- probably even especially so for someone like me who started and walks this journey as a side hustle. Great help, thanks Roope
I love your blog. It makes sense to do it all in steps. I will have to go thru Kyle’s Premium Plus training and then reorganize my days. I am wondering how I can write1 blog a day with this system?
Kyle recommended that you focus on writing on a specific time. So write, for example, 3 posts a day when you have planned them out on previous days
My pleasure. I usually plan out at least 3 videos beforehand and then I record them at once
Absolutely Roope!
I agree my friend, it was 1 of the very best classes online that I've ever attended.
I really need to put the dictation part into action as I'm a very slow typist.
Thank you for sharing this review and interpretation of Kyle's class my friend.
As always, you are sharing & caring.

Great Job Roope, you have taken a training class and turned it into a format for using anywhere. I have watched some of the P+ classes but haven't seen Kyles yet.
I was asking the other day how to organize myself better as I keep missing deadlines or am not prepared enough for events (like BF) missed the boat again. This has come at the right moment for me.
I see. In fact, I've watched only Kyle's premium plus classes so far. He has achieved so great results online that it's worth learning from him.
Google spreadsheet helps a lot with organizing things. I use it usually daily
