I hear newcomers saying all the time,

"I don't know what should I write for my affiliate site."

Here are 3 typical post types that you can use:

1. Reviews of an Individual Product

    For example,

    - OnePlus 7t pro Review

    - Wilson Pro Staff 97 Review

    - Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Review

In those posts, you simply review that product, share your thoughts about it, etc. I recommend that you use some review template so you can simply "fill out the boxes" every time when you write a review.

    2. "Best of" Posts

      For example,

      - Best Products for Curly Hair

      - The Best Laptops Under $1,000

      - 7 Best Smoothie Makers 2020

Dylan teaches more about this in his guide How to Create a 6-Figure Website

      3. Guides / "How To" Posts

      For example,

      - How To Hit High Forehands in Tennis

      - How to Set up Your New Macbook Pro

      - How to Choose a Smartphone

Then you can naturally link to the product that you are talking about in your guide/how to post.

      -

Yesterday I published here a video where I give you 8 examples of affiliate marketing websites where you can see these posts in practice.

Especially, the first 5 first examples in that video are typical affiliate sites.

      -

You can basically fill out your whole website with these 3 types of posts and make a living out of it.

Of course, you can also use other types of posts such as interviews, case studies, stories, etc. but you don't need it if you don't want to.

These 3 types of posts are also very straightorward to monetize so that's another reason why they're typical for affiilate sites.

      Hey Roope,
I find myself writing stories and product reviews. My difficulty is finding the right products to promote on my site.

Someone suggested choosing one product and promoting that but in my mind that would mean that every post would have to point to that one product. I don't know how wise that is.

      Please share your vast experience.

      Sounds good :)

Great advice! I noticed that my preference is for Reviews and How to Articles.
