There isn't a single, best theme. People use hundreds of different themes.
Look at ecommerce sites that you like and see what theme they use.
This is easy to do by putting the URL into http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/
Then use that theme. Or a similar one.
What is the best theme for ecommerce?

Hi - I use WooCommerce on two of my sites.
On one of them, I use WooThemes Shopify theme - and on another I use a Thrive theme.
As long as it's responsive and looks good, then don't worry too much about a specific theme.
All the best, Mark

I am creating a subscription box business and would like to know what is the best website theme to use for it? Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Can I create an e-commerce using WA? Or is it a different process?
Hi - yes - I have done two so far - both using WooCommerce - which if you're happy with PayPal as the payment gateway (and others) it works right out of the box.
All the best, Mark
Yes, there are specific plugins that can be used:

Jay (magistudios) had a training video on ecommerce. It has been removed recently. Not sure why. Hopefully he plans to update it.
In the meantime, you might want to check out this site:

Hi Jude am I right in saying that you can only run an eCommerce shop when you are a premium member. I'm under the impression that you can run an eCommerce shop on a sub domain like site.rubix. Am I right? Thanks
The free Siterubix (or any free domain sites) have limitations as to which plugins can be added, and other limitations. You would need to test the particular ecommerce plugin first to make sure works.
In the case of free Siterubix, where "siterubix" remains as part of the URL address, you don't own the domain. WA does. So you are setting up a business on real estate you don't own.
http://sitename.siterubix.com - it can work, but not as effective as owning the domain as below:
http://yourdomain.com
or
http://yourdomain.yoursubdomain.com (without mention of Siterubix in the address)

Yes, you can. You would use an ecommerce theme, for example, such as this one
http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/
