The Jaaxy Lite is free and as a Premium member you do have unlimited searches.
Perhaps you are not access the tool properly but all you have to do is click on Research on the left and there you have it.
Just type in your search term in the box and you are off.

I did click on research but Jaaxy still says I'm a starter member and i don't have unlimited key word search. I think there is a technical issue with Jaaxy.
This is a screen shot that shows I am a premium WA member but I'm still pulling up as a starter instead of a Lite member in Jaaxy. Please Help!

You must get in touch with Tech Support.
They will sort it out for you.
