How long is a while? you had 30 days to remove websites until you were ready to rejoin; Still send a ticket to site support you may be lucky.
I need to change name servers of a subdomain in order to direct it to my hotel booking engine. I created the subdomain, how do I get to change the NS?
Did you create the sub-domain here at WA hosting? As far as I know, the WA nameservers should automatically be entered.
Here is training for how to create the subdomain with WA hosting: How to Create a Subdomain at WA You may need to put in a hosting support ticket if that has not happened.
If your domain is hosted somewhere else, you will need to login to your hosting account > manage DNS > new NS-Record and in the dialogue box enter the sub-domain name and the DNS server address that is hosting your domain. ~Jude
Hey Jude, thanks for checking this out. I already created the subdomain here at WA under a domain that is hosted by WA. Now I need to change the name servers only for the subdomain in order to direct this subdomain to my booking engine platform. I can't do it in my domain admin via the registrar and can't find it here either.
When you talk about directing the subdomain to your booking engine platform, I'm wondering whether it could be the other way around.
The nameservers would be the same as for your main domain, I would imagine, but the files are placed in the subdomain directories.
I'm not sure how that would work. I suggest you put in a WA hosting support ticket. Please let us know the outcome.
