Finally became an AMAZON AFFILIATE and made my first $1.

Joined Wealthy Affiliate back in Feb., 2016 and was on the main road trying to meet my objectives, BUT always going in the ditch, breaking down or taking long deteours. Lucky thing I always had enough money in my pocket to get towed, get the car fixed and find my way back to the main highway.

Figured I better start getting serious and make some money, but continued receiving retirement checks and there was no pressure, so I continued to coast and get distracted by the side roads that tempted me.

Finally I made an attempt to become an Amazon Associate, but they kicked me out after 6 months of inactivity on my part. A year or so latter they let me try again and this time I finally figured out the system and was informed on Sept. 17, 2018 (2 1/2 years after starting out) that I had made $1.35 - enough for a small coffee! It was the best cup of decaf coffee I've had since starting out on this journey.

Got detoured again and spent another year and 4 months doing research and surfing the web.

Now it's January, 2020 and I am back on the main highway again, with blinders on and a new commitment to stay on the road, making reasonable mileage each and every day!

This year I have to follow a schedule of posting blogs on at least two of my three websites and monetizing those web sites.
