I was always told to get a job doing what you love
You know, as I was growing up, I was always and still am today, a gamer. My video game skill surpassed many kids my age; I was a genius with a IQ of 137. Incidentally, I used to be told to get a job making video games by my mom because I always play and beat them; mind you I was 9 at the time so I didn't have any idea what it meant to get a job doing what I love. Fast forward 27 years later, I was 36 at the time I joined Wealthy Affiliate and I'm happy to be able to do what I love and spread my gaming knowledge to people worldwide. The moral of the story, I achieved that my goal.

Thanks Wendi. Here's the goalkicker, I thought that I had to take up prerequisite and required classes in order to make that goal a reality; boy, was I way off; college is a waste of time these days. With that same amount of energy and for less, you can start your own business; I see that now; I wish I had've known that summer of '04, but I loved the experience.
I have, never before, outside of my short stories, come up with so many article ideas for my posts. Coincidentally, I was just making a note of another before I got the notification of you commenting on my status. I love it because ideas for my posts flow like fine wine from the elegant, expensive bottle that is my brain.

That's great! Having goals are fun but it's even better when your parents are actually supportive of those goals. :)
Indeed Jess, I'm happy my mom was.
