The most recent was http 500 error
How do I address the issue on my end? I've cleared cache, etc from the browsers. Anything I can change in WordPress directly?
Mmm... internal server error
I had it with outdated plugins or conflicting plugins and themes...
and vEry often with php errors (code)
If you can access your site, best is to deactivate all your plugins and check your theme.
If the problem persists ask support to fix it for you since you have no access to the backstage

Thanks. It's my site, not a siterubix.com one. I just transferred it over, so I deleted all of my plugins and now have I think three, plus ThriveThemes. We'll see what support has to say.

Can I upload Thrive Themes to this platform?
I think you can upload most premium themes but It's probably best to check with support. What I have found with some premium themes is that the files are too large to upload from within Wordpress. At first, I thought perhaps they weren't allowed here but on asking support they told me I needed to upload them using FileZilla and they provided all instructions. It was very easy.
