I was debating using organic wine and spirits as my niche idea but I wasn't sure if I would be able to find companies willing to pay me to promote their products in that indust
Don't give up yet. Try some searches. Is organic the only choice for this? Do some companies use products you approve of but aren't considered 'organic?' Just an idea.

I googled it and got 15 million results. Now obviously, they're not ALL about ORGANIC wines and spirits, but they are some on the subject ;-)
